SO! It's early November and as for Holloween has passed, everyone had partys or dress up as zombies or as their favorite cartoon characters saying trick or treat among themselves lol. (recieves a candy) Unusually, Im not into that stuff, nada and don't celebrate much here in Korea (actually they do but not in my area.) Well, first off, It's been so long since I've posted stuff here in DA. Just somethings going on with life and such. But currently spending time in Korea just resting, drawing (partially..), researching art related stuff, getting ready to apply back for school, working out, etc, etc.. but we do have a moment of family gatherings every weekend. So happy
Its been over 3 months since I have officially got out of the Korean army and glad that it was over with. Although, I do miss my comrades or friends I've made there from some that already have finished with their duty and the recruits that tag along by no other choice but to serve in the platoons they would be in. As some of you don't know, the full-duration or length of service for every Korean soldier is 21 months, which is about 1 yr and 9 months. From time after time, I slowly ranked up and one by one, i see my senior comrades? (i have no better way to say this) ready preparing to discharge from their duty for good. Every D-day, I see them report to the commander as they detach from being a soldier and move on with their lives out in society and then I see them leave before getting to the front gate as we all line up to say farewell. Some cry and some are happy that they finally leave (I think about memories of hard-difficult tasks/labor and mental pressures from the officers in the army..oh boy.. it was hella stressful...but there were at times when we were happy and just strangle with positive emotions after such hard training and days where it was calm and quiet..
Anyways, enough of my terrible summary of army story. I am finally back to my normal life again. It's been pretty lonesome and pretty much nothing exciting has happened lately but been drawing as usual, so that's something and something that I can look forward to. I'm into drawing but not frequently but quite, been on and off with art lately and I should keep up with my drawing on often. I guess I lost that mood and spirit from 2 yrs ago or so, to keep on pushing forward with my art and its been definite struggle to get back on track. God, how I miss the productivity and late night sketch-moods soo much from a year back..(feeling lost and stumbled everytime I'm about to draw, to think what I should draw next and so forth..) Anyhow, enough of my story, lets talk about you guys. Wonder how everyone's doing in their lives. Just a question for yall folks though. How frequently do you use this site: deviantart? And for what purposes? As for users, do you post your works often?? Just got bunch of questions, got me wondering.. Oh, and thank you for the people (or Artists) who are/has been watching me and for wonderful favs, you guys are awesome. Also, if you are reading this, thank you for taking your time reading this. Have a good day everyone!
Sorry for my poor english. ^^
